COMMUNICATIONS: “Learn-to-Serve and Serve-to-Learn” With the launch of Soka Ambassador Group, a total of 110 Soka Ambassador and representatives from the Soka Volunteers Group and Soka Medical Group attended an afternoon workshop conducted by DR Lui Hah Wah Elena, Associate Professor of National Institute of Education at Telok Blangah Soka Centre on 11 April 2010. The 2-hour workshop provided everyone an insight to important skill sets required to communicate with the elderly. Everyone was given the opportunity to put in practice what they have learnt through means of role-play. The workshop left everyone confident and excited to fulfil their new roles as Soka Ambassadors!
