Three Chinese orchestras, namely the SSA Rainbow Chinese Orchestra (RCO), the Yew Tee Community Club Chinese Orchestra and the Gek Poh Ville Community Club Chinese Orchestra, came together to put up a joint performance at the SSA Headquarters on February 11.
With the objective of promoting Chinese music in society, as well as building bonds of friendship and trust, the orchestras charmed the audience with a string of Chinese orchestra classics. Among them were pieces of joyous and celebrative music that brimmed with the festivity of the Lunar New Year.
