SGS Arts & Culture Groups Celebrate SG61 in the Heartlands

In celebration of Singapore’s 61st birthday, SGS Arts & Culture Groups participated in various heartland celebrations in Punggol and Tampines.

🔸 2 Aug | Punggol North National Day Dinner:
Sunflower Dance Ensemble presented Bloom—a celebration of courage, hope and the beauty of growing together. SGS Chairman Mr Tay Eng Kiat received the token of appreciation from Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.

🔸 9 Aug | Tampines National Day Observance Ceremony:
A quartet from Soka New Century Orchestra performed a medley of local songs to celebrate Singapore’s multicultural heritage and the spirit of unity.

🔸 15 Aug | Tampines West National Day Carnival:
Our Courageous Musicians brought energy and joy to the celebrations with their vibrant performance.

Through the showcase of music and dance, we celebrate the Singapore’s story and strengthen the bonds that unite our communities.
