The book is excerpted from The New Human Revolution and other writings by Daisaku Ikeda. This book is a record of the six trailblazing campaigns — Kamata, Bunkyo, Sapporo, Kansai, Yamaguchi and Arakawa — that SGI President Daisaku Ikeda fought as a youth in the 1950s. He was responding to his mentor Josei Toda’s bold declaration of realizing a membership of 750,000 households. This was when Soka Gakkai had only 3000 members.
