Mdm Koh Noi Tiang and Ms Cheryl Tan, the mother and daughter team, represented SSA to perform two beautiful Chinese songs “I Only Care About You” and “The Invisible Wings” at the Official Opening of the Wong Sui Ha Edna – NKF Dialysis Centre on Sunday, April 7. Mdm Koh shared with the audience that their family members are the ‘invisible wings’ that give them support and will definitely care about them and challenge whatever difficulties together with them.
Another SSA WD leader Mdm Lim Poh Kheng, a kidney patient herself, performed a line dance with the NKF staff. She said, “I want to show the Soka spirit, that is, never be defeated. We can still lead vibrant lives.”
Guest-of-Honour Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Education, officiate the opening of the dialysis centre, which started operation on 2 May 2012.
