As we round up 2025, SGS extended ourselves to uplift the less fortunate — On 13 December, SGS collaborated with Zhenghua CCC to launch our inaugural Bag of Hope initiative in north-west region of Singapore. In preparation for the new academic year, we distributed essential stationery items to support school-going children from resource-low families. The event was graced by Grassroots Adviser to Holland–Bukit Timah GRC (Zhenghua), Mr Edward Chia.
On 20 December, SGS joined hands with Humanity Matters for the Gaza Relief Street Collection event held at the Armenian Church. This event saw close to 200 volunteers from different ethnic and religious groups coming together to raise funds for Gaza on UN Human Solidarity Day. Guest of Honor for this event was Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.
