Over the years, each NDP could be said to be a triumph of the human spirit, the Singapore spirit.
SSA is honoured to have participated in 34 years of the National Day Parades since 1981, including the years when Singapore was facing challenging times such as the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, the 2003 SARS outbreak and the 2008 global financial crisis, and joining our nation for our jubilee celebration in 2015.
This year, we are even more determined to do so through a different means. Through our virtual performance entitled, “United as One, Emerging Stronger Together”, SSA members from different backgrounds had come together to do our part to inspire hope and courage amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through this video, we would like to wish our beloved nation a Happy 55th Birthday this August 9! Let us unite and build a better future together! Majulah Singapura!
