SSA Performs at Singapore HeritageFest 2006

Joyful Melody Linking Hearts in Diversity

On the evenings of July 13 and 20, some 70 SSA representatives performed at the Singapore HeritageFest 2006, held at Suntec City Tropic Atrium. Organised by the Public Education Division of the National Heritage Board, this is a series of 12 days nationwide events that celebrated and lauded appreciation for Singapore’s rich multicultural heritage through performances, exhibitions and heritage tours, etc.

SSA performers from the Rainbow Chinese Orchestra, the Lily Group, the Tulip Chorus, the Indian Group and two Women Division members performed in a medley of items entitled, “Joyous Rendezvous”.
