On 19 August, the People’s Association (PA) Director of Singapore Chingay & Events Network (SCENE) Division, Ms Tan Swee Leng presented the ‘Most Popular Contingent’ Award to SSA Chingay 2020 Chairpersons at the SSA Headquarters. She was accompanied by PA’s Artistic Director (SCENE) Mr Fan Dongkai.
