The Covid-19 pandemic has escalated our usage of digital tools while digitization has enabled our lives to become more convenient and efficient. However, there are still many more things we can learn and protect ourselves against cyber threats or scams.
In line with 2023โs theme for International Womenโs Day which is, โDigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equalityโ by UN Women, the SGS Women and Young Women Division will be collaborating with Infocomm Media Development Authority’s SG Digital Office (SDO) to organise the this yearโs Soka Women Lecture, titled, “Empowering Women In The Digital World “ on 11 March 2023, Saturday, at the SGS Headquarters.
Letโs pick up tips from the SDOโs Digital Ambassadors on how we can increase our awareness of the common phishing threats out there; gain knowledge on how to safeguard personal information, as well as stay vigilant against scammers.
This lecture will be conducted in English with Chinese translation. All are welcome.
