Beijing, CHINA: On May 15, a Soka Gakkai youth delegation participates in a Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations hosted by the Chinese government. Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered the keynote speech at the opening ceremony, attended by some 2,000 participants from 47 countries and various United Nations organizations. During the conference, a member of the Soka Gakkai delegation spoke at a youth forum hosted by the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF). To mark the holding of the conference, SGI President Ikeda contributed an article to Hong Kong’s Bauhinia Magazine.
