Soka Ambassador Training Course

With the launch of Soka Ambassador Group, a total of 110 Soka Ambassador and representatives from the Soka Volunteers Group and Soka Medical Group attended an afternoon workshop conducted by DR Lui Hah Wah Elena, Associate Professor of National Institute of Education at Telok Blangah Soka Centre on 11 April 2010.

The 2-hour workshop provided everyone with insight on important skill sets required in communicating with the elderly. Everyone was given the opportunity to put in practice what they have learnt through means of role play. The workshop left everyone confident and excited to fulfill their new roles as Soka Ambassadors!

About the Soka Ambassador Group
The Soka Ambassador Group is formed with the objective to reach out to our precious senior members to once again enrich their lives by being connected to the organisation of faith. The ambassadors will build friendship, trust, and confidence with the senior members and awaken them back to their original purpose of faith.
The Soka Ambassadors will work closely with Soka Medical Group and Soka Volunteer Group to provide them other areas of assistance if necessary.
