Seeds of Hope Exhibition

In support of the Singapore 2010 Culture and Education Programme, SSA held the “Seeds of Hope: Visions of sustainability, steps towards change” exhibition at the *SCAPE Youth Park from 15 to 23 August.
This exhibition is newly created by Soka Gakkai International in partnership with the Earth Charter as a resource for the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005-14). In stresses on our interconnectedness with the rest of the community of life and the need to broaden our sphere of compassion and concern. It encourages viewers to overcome feelings of powerlessness and highlights the fact that a single individual can initiate positive change.

“Seeds of Hope” was also featured at the SSA YWD LEAN Walk-a-Jog at West Coast Park on 22 August 2010. It will also be featured at the SSA Bookfair from 10 – 12 September 2010 at the SSA Headquarters (10 Tampines St 81 Singapore 529014).
