On 17 April, three SSA youths attended the “Regardless of Race Dialogue VI” event organised by OnePeople.sg, Roses of Peace and Mothership. Hosted by Dr Janil Puthucheary, Chairman of OnePeople.sg with Mr Lawrence Wong, Minister for Education & Second Minister for Finance as the Guest of Honour, the event saw participants soaking in the insightful sharing from various distinguished panelists on the theme “Reflections and Aspirations”.
Into its sixth and final run, the “Regardless of Race Dialogue” series started in 2019 as a platform to bring together diverse communities to exchange views and experiences on race relations and social cohesion with the objective to nurture a culture of trust and understanding in the community. In this series, participants also discussed critical issues of race in light of new realities and explore ideals and aspirations for the future.
