Three SSA cultural groups, namely the Soka New Century Orchestra, Soka Chorus and Soka Youth Dance Crew, were invited to perform a variety of cultural items at the Istana Open House on February 11, the second day of the Lunar New Year.The 93 performers from SSA set the grounds of the Istana alive with music, songs and dances in celebrating the Lunar New Year with a crowd of 15,000 visitors. The performers were especially elated and honoured when President Tony Tan Keng Yam and his wife Mrs Mary Tan stopped by for their performances and took a group photograph with them
