SGS was privileged to welcome a delegation led by Soka Gakkai Women Leader Ms Kimiko Nagaishi to Singapore from 6 to 8 April for a series of exchange meetings.
On the morning of 7 April, the women delegates visited the Soka Peace Centre where the Dendrobium Kaneko Ikeda orchids were in full bloom at the Kaneko Orchid Garden.
At the SGS Headquarters, the Singapore-Japan Soka Women General Meeting cum Friendship Exchange took place with some 900 SGS WD representatives in attendance. A new SGS Women Division song titled “Cheerful Suns of Happiness” was launched at the meeting.
