On June 20, two representatives from the Regional Police Attache Office in the UAE Embassy, Singapore, visited the SGS Headquarters to deepen their understanding of SGS’s philosophy and activities.
On 4 May, SGS welcomed some 20 residents of the Punggol community to the Punggol Soka Centre (PSC) under the ‘Punggol Harmony Cycle of Faith’ event. Jointly organised by Punggol Harmony Circles and Punggol West Community Sports Network, this event promotes interfaith understanding and harmony though sports activity.
Over the past 2 weeks, SGS representatives participated in various Iftar (breaking of fast) events at the invitation of our community partners.

On 29 July, SGS Harmony Circle representatives attended the ASEAN Youth Forum and Interfaith Harmony Seminar organised by Jamiyah Singapore in conjunction with the inaugural Exemplary Interfaith Award 2023.

In the month of May, SGS was invited to celebrate the joy of Hari Raya Aidilfitri with our Muslim friends and the interfaith community.
On 21 April, together with friends from the interfaith community, SGS General Director Tay Eng Kiat joined the Buka Puasa (break fast) event organised by MUIS. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was the Guest-of-Honour at the event.
On the Saturday morning of 19 March, SGS collaborated with People’s Association (PA) on a Learning Journey and hosted 15 WeCare PALs, who are corporate and community partners of PA, at the SGS Headquarters.
