The new edition of Selected Excerpts of President Ikeda’s Guidance: The Wisdom for Creating Happiness and Peace: Part 1 Happiness that has been complied by President Ikeda after he had completed The New Human Revolution in 2018. This new edition has been expanded, edited and re-categorized.

Through discussions with Soka Gakkai Youth Division leaders, Soka Gakkai President Ikeda addresses issues on attitude towards work; developing courage in one’s life, taking responsibility for creating a peaceful society and many others. Drawing relevance of Buddhism with the current times, these discussions centered primarily on ‘The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin’ and ‘The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings’.
