When I was 16, I attended a Student Division (SD) meeting with my classmate where I learnt about the transformation of stars from Ikeda Sensei. And I wanted to be the star that turned into a sun. I started chanting the daimoku of Nammyoho-renge-kyo that night and embarked on a journey to transform my life.
16岁时，我跟着同学出席了一个学生部会，听到池田SGI会长关于太阳形成的指导，当时我对自己说我也要成为转变为太阳的那颗星，于是当晚就开始唱题，同时也踏上了转换我人生的旅程。

我是福子，在家排行第三有两个哥哥。我们从小就跟随母亲入信，在温馨的创价大家庭成长，磨练生命，度过最充实的青春时期，也奠定了我的信心和人生的基础，以致在我遇到人生难题时，没有被打倒，反而能正视并克服它，使之成为我人生的跳板。
Back in the 70s, my husband’s salary was not much but living with my parents-in-law helped reduce expenses. My only worry was my daughter’s weak health and the frequent visits to the doctor.

practitioners of Nichiren Buddhism can overcome every problem in life through faith and practice.
The breakthroughs in my journey of life would never have been possible without my mother’s firm and steadfast belief in the power of the mystic law. Her prayers, dedicated care and concern for me nurtured my growth from childhood to adulthood.
